Store Manager / Area Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation and management of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

• Proactively understand customer needs, provide professional product recommendations, assist customers in selecting suitable goods, and establish long-term good customer relationships.

• Provide high-quality service to customers and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

• Drive teams and individuals to achieve sales targets and operating indicators.

• Responsible for store sales and providing quality customer service.

• Manage in-store inventory to ensure sufficient stock and orderly display.

• Assist in the formulation and execution of sales strategies to boost store performance.

• Responsible for training and guiding team members to enhance overall service and sales capabilities.

Requirements:

• Have2–3 years of retail management experience.

• Fluent Cantonese, with Cantonese, English, and Mandarin communication skills.

• Full of enthusiasm for customer service, retail industry and luxury goods.

• Consideration for more relevant sales experienceArea Manager.
