Maintenance and Operations

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the review, deployment, release, monitoring, maintenance and optimization of application systems; 2. Familiar with common cloud products and usage; 3. Responsible for the construction, maintenance, change, failure, monitoring, and establishment of a complete company operation and maintenance system and event handling mechanism to ensure stable business operations; 4. Have a comprehensive operation and maintenance knowledge base, familiar with network, database, middleware operation and maintenance experience; such as shell, python, PG, Oracle, zk, kafka, MQ, NGINX, Tomcat; 5. Responsible for online system's normal operations, load management, process monitoring and statistics, maintenance, etc.; 6. Responsible for emergency management, problem tracking and management, and providing operation and maintenance reports; 7. Responsible for responding to system requirements from the development team, processing and daily application operation and maintenance work; 8. Have an ITIL certificate or at least have received ITIL-related training, with this item preferred.
