Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and following up on the company's project progress and execution schedule

• Coordinate internal team and external cooperation units on communication work

• Follow up project timeline, file organization and progress updates

• Assist in preparing meeting materials, reports and related administrative documents

• Handle project daily operations and support work

• Assist in monitoring project processes and reporting progress in a timely manner

• Support the supervisor in arranging other project-related work

Requirements:

• College degree or above, business management or related sciences preferred

• Have good communication, organization and coordination skills

• Able to handle multiple tasks and follow up details simultaneously

• Familiarity with basic office software operations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Active work, sense of responsibility, and good team spirit

• Applicants with project coordination, administrative or customer service experience are preferred
