Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing installation tools and materials, carry out on-site cleaning, protect the ground and walls, move boards and finished products, etc. basic support work.
Learn to read electronic drawings and installation instructions, understand dimension marking, hardware configuration and mitering treatment, etc. key details, and gradually build up the ability to judge space and components in three dimensions.
Participate in basic customer communication training, such as installation confirmation before installation, reporting abnormal situations during installation, and assisting in simple acceptance and opinion recording after completion, to cultivate service awareness and professional etiquette.

Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, with no relevant work experience required. Graduates or those changing careers are welcome to apply; those with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities can understand simple installation instructions and on-site oral communication.
Healthy body, able to carry more than 25 kg, adapted to long periods of standing, bending and limited space work; Have basic hand-eye coordination skills and the habit of careful observation.
Honest and reliable, positive attitude, willing to start from the bottom, and accept weekly and weekend field work (including Wednesday and Sunday afternoon fixed interview time).
Must provide safety shoes and appropriate workwear, after which the company will provide uniforms and basic hand tools, and arrange internal safety operations and tool use training.
Responsibility and team spirit, able to follow the master's instructions and complete assigned tasks on time, and actively ask questions and take notes to accelerate skill accumulation.
