Job Description

Job Title: Broadband Installer

Job Responsibilities:

According to customer appointment, provide home broadband installation and setup services on site
Check the customer's home network environment and suggest the best installation location and solution
Complete the installation and debugging of optical fibers, routers and other related equipment
Assist customers in testing network connections to ensure a stable and fast internet experience

Requirements:

Need good communication skills, patient enough to answer customer questions
Responsibility, able to handle site problems independently
Applicants with relevant installation experience or those who are willing to learn, hard-working and patient are welcome to apply
