Job Description
Duties include:
Manage fintech business brand standards, formulate brand marketing strategies and implement them according to different business stages, enhance word of mouth and influence;
Conduct user and industry insights based on the needs of financial technology business, and combine the insights discovered to form a marketing solution by strategically combining business capabilities and market goals, meeting the business market needs of different products;
Integrate internal and external resources, promote resource landing, product function online & iteration, and ensure project landing and get results;
Position requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of brand management and market marketing experience;
Familiar with the rules of major advertising platforms, app stores, and search engines, with successful integrated marketing campaign experience;
Familiar with internet platforms, and have excellent user insights, marketing planning, data analysis, and project management skills;
Have innovative and responsible spirit, practical and serious, and be able to independently complete cross-team and cross-department collaborative work.
Job Responsibilities**
1. Manage the brand standards of financial technology business, develop brand marketing strategies according to different business stages and objectives, and implement them to enhance reputation and influence.
2. Conduct user and industry insights based on the needs of financial technology business, and combine these insights strategically to align business capabilities with market objectives, forming marketing plans that meet the business market demands of different products.
3. Integrate internal and external resources to promote the implementation of resources, product feature launches & iterations, ensuring project implementation and achieving results.
4. Proactively conduct regular in-depth reviews of marketing, and continuously optimize and iterate marketing strategies based on outcomes to improve marketing efficiency.
Job Requirements**
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in brand management and market marketing.
2. Familiar with the rules of major advertising platforms, app stores, and search engines, with successful experience in integrated marketing operations.
3. Proficient with internet platforms, and possesses excellent user insights, marketing planning, data analysis, and project management capabilities.
4. Has a spirit of innovation and responsibility, pragmatic and serious, capable of independently completing cross-team and cross-department collaboration.
