Qualifications and requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Information Management, etc.
2. More than 5 years of financial industry software project delivery management experience, with at least 20 people management experience
3. Have a deep understanding of IT outsourcing service mode, and be good at solving problems that arise in project delivery
4. Have pre-sales related work experience, be sensitive to market and customer perceptions, and be able to grasp customer pain points
5. Enjoy communication, have some leadership team management, problem solving and reporting skills
6. Excellent English and Cantonese speaking and writing skills.
Duties:
1. Responsible for team management and construction work to ensure the team has excellent combat capabilities
2. Lead a Hong Kong local team to maintain customer relationships, complete project delivery work, and be responsible for business results
3. Lead the delivery team and sales, pre-sales collaboration to carry out customer expansion work
4. Lead the team to conduct insights on Hong Kong local customers, market, and competitors
