電子商務物流倉庫協調員

職責 職責:

• Work independently and assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations 能獨立工作，並協助主管管理日常營運.

• Maintain good communication with suppliers (warehouses, transporters, freight forwarders) and clients.與供應商（倉庫、運輸公司、貨運代理）及客戶保持良好溝通

• Ensure the operational processes of (outsourced) contractors run smoothly. 確保（外包）承辦商的操作流程順暢運行

• Monitor material inventory. 監控物料庫存

• Ensure timely and accurate outbound/inbound shipment of goods. 確保貨物及時準確地出庫/入庫

• maintain a good relationship with colleagues there. 與當地同事保持良好關係

• 正常工作時間為週一至週六上午9點至下午6點，促銷期間可能需於假日輪班工作。

要求 要求:

• Relevant work experience. 具備相關工作經驗

• 了解電子商務及物流運作

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 能適應快節奏工作環境

• Basic Knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel). 具備電腦應用（Word、Excel）基礎知識

• Proficiency in Cantonese and basic English. 流利粵語及基礎英語能力

• Basic Knowledge to prepare shipping documents and do Export declaration. 具備準備裝運文件和辦理出口申報的基礎知識
