Senior Logistics/ Business Strategy Manager
Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager to execute and management of logistics solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making, forecasting, and strategic planning related to logistics, bonded warehouse, trucking activities.
* Engage in marketing and business development activities to promote the integrated logistics services and expand the client base
* Lead the system implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions into logistics operations.
* Monitor KPIs and metrics related to efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Assist to monitor the business and financial performance, implementing strategies to optimize profitability and manage P&L responsibilities
* Ensure effective talent management and administrative support for logistics operations.
* Participate in corporate planning, contribute to strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
* Minimum of 12 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain management in sizeable corporation, of which with at least 6 years in management level;
* Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing and distribution;
* Proven experience in marketing and business development within the logistics sector;
* Excellent project management skills with a track record;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
