工作描述

崗位內容

負責尋找合適的貨源，評估供應商的產品品質、價格及交貨能力
與國內外供應商進行溝通協調，確保採購流程順暢並符合公司需求
定期整理市場資訊，分析物料行情變動，提供成本優化建議
根據部門需求制定採購計劃，準確下單並追蹤貨物交付進度
需間中前往澳門及中國大陸進行實地考察或與供應商面談

工作要求

具備基本採購相關知識，熟悉採購流程及供應鏈管理概念
良好的溝通能力與談判技巧，能有效與供應商建立穩定合作關係
能獨立作業並具備責任感，重視細節且有條理地處理各項事務
懂使用辦公軟件如Word、Excel進行資料整理與報表製作
需持有效證件以便往來澳門及中國大陸，並能配合短期出差
