Accountabilities
Act as Supply Chain coordinator for track and trace, warehousing & logistics matters for two businesses GTR Asia and BAT China domestic.
Connecting with global GTnT stakeholders in English to self-learn TnT ATTP, and provide onboard education & training for 3PL in Cantonese
Work with GTNT and 3PL to perform China TnT user acceptance test in Q4 2024.
Create process documentation to embed new process post China TnT implementation (including inbound, outbound, repack, samples, destruction, sales return)
Monitor full spectrum of warehouse and logistics, including inventory management, transportation and shipment to ensure all operations are smooth and avoid any supply interruptions.
Perform troubleshooting and analysis for the issues that cannot be resolved through the standard process and other users.
Essential
Experience, skills, and profile
Experience of Supply Chain, Planning & Logistics for a period of 2 years minimum.
Competent user of enterprise and warehouse management systems. Enterprise system can be SAP, Oracle or similar. WMS can be SAP, JDA, Blue Yonder or similar.
Learning agility and people agility.
Problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective escalation and support point.
A highly independent individual with excellent team-working skills
Strength in analytical, interpersonal and communication
Languages English - clear speaking, solid writing. Chinese (Cantonese) – effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
