崗位內容：

負責汽車維修及故障診斷，確保車輛運作正常
執行車輛定期保養與例行檢查，提供技術支援服務
解答客戶關於車輛狀況的查詢，提供專業建議
協助工場日常運作管理，包括工具與設備維護
參與員工培訓與人手調配，提升團隊技術水平

工作要求：

具備汽車機械相關經驗或相關證照優先考慮
熟悉汽車結構與電子系統，能獨立處理常見故障
具良好溝通能力，能清晰回應客戶技術問題
有責任感，注重工作細節與安全操作規範
能適應工場環境，具備團隊合作與調度管理能力
