Job Description｜職位簡介
此管理實習生計劃是為那些願意從基礎開始，根據表現和能力在2至3年內向管理角色發展的人設計的。
您將從日常運作和客戶參與的實戰經驗開始，建立堅實的基礎，然後進階到規劃、領導和團隊管理責任。
職業道路｜2至3年發展路線
年1 – 基礎階段
* 基礎培訓、熟習工作流程
* 學習客戶溝通、方案支援及團隊運作
第二年 – 開發階段
* 參與項目策劃及業務發展
* 協助新人指導及團隊協作
* 建立初步管理及領導能力
第三年 - 管理軌道
* 參與團隊管理及營運安排
* 按表現晉升至主管／管理層角色
* 發展個人團隊及長遠事業架構
（實際進度將按個人表現及能力而定）
職責｜工作職責
* Start with fundamental training and daily operational exposure
由基礎培訓及日常實務工作開始
* 學習了解客戶需要，協助方案制定
* 建立專業溝通及關係管理能力
* Support team coordination and project execution
協助團隊協作及項目執行
* Progressively take part in planning and leadership duties
按表現逐步參與策劃及領導工作
Requirements｜入職要求
* Bachelor’s degree or above (all disciplines welcome)
大學本科或以上學歷，科目不限
* HKDSE 5 subjects passed, including Chinese, English and Mathematics
香港中學文憑試（DSE）5 科合格，包括中、英、數
* Willing to start from entry level and grow step by step
