Responsibilities:
* Take lead on country wise business performance reporting and business strategy expansion
* Prepare analytics and insights presentation materials for senior management meetings
* Key contact to provide insights, analysis and commentary on business balance sheet, revenue, cost, performance metrics
* In charge of ad-hoc reports, analysis and update procedure documents on key reporting processes
* Involve in budget process on covered business lines and monitor budget utilization
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree holder with at least 6-8 years of financial reporting experience in the licensing firm
* Member of HKICPA/ ACCA is highly preferred
* Prior Big 4 experience is a plus
* Solid knowledge of accounting standards and ability to collect and assess financial data
* Able to manage work pressure and manage deadlines
* Excellent communication skills in both written and oral English/Chinese
* Ability to communicate in both layman and professional teams to advise relevant stakeholders on financial and performance information
* Proficiency in MS office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP will be ideal
