Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Systematically mine and verify fundamental or event-driven alpha factors, and continuously optimize the factor library
Based on market data, perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify potential sources of excess returns
Assist investment managers in building and perfecting multifactor quantitative models and trading strategy systems
Independently undertake a specified quantitative research project, complete the full research process from problem definition, data analysis to conclusion output
Regularly write research reports, report research results to the team and promote strategy implementation

Work requirements

Domestic university master's degree or above, majoring in mathematics, physics, statistics, computers, financial engineering, etc.; those who have won national-level competition gold medals in related professional fields are preferred.
Have practical experience in quantitative factor research, familiar with factor construction, backtesting and evaluation process
Preference will be given to those with one year or more of factor research results from a live trading account
Solid programming skills, clear code structure, and high readability, familiar with at least one language such as Python, C++, or C#
Have solid quantitative investment theory foundation, understand market microstructure and risk models, mathematics competition winners are preferred
