Facility Engineer

<p><strong>JobResponsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the electrical/ HVAC/ weak current system of the data center, the implementation of routine maintenance work plans, and the trouble shooting of electrical/ HVAC/ weak current systems</p></li><li><p>Responsible for data center infrastructure security management, capacity management,<br>availability management, cost optimization, etc., continuous optimization and improvement, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency</p></li><li><p>Responsible for on-site implementation and cooperation of optimization and transformation projects related to electrical/ HVAC/ weak current systems</p></li><li><p>Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by customers</p></li><li><p>Provide 7*24 shift duty services</p></li></ol><p></p><p><strong>Requirements :</strong></p><ol><li><p>High diploma or above, Major in Facility Management, Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, or related subject</p></li><li><p>Have a relatively intuitive understanding of IDC infrastructure and power environment (air conditioning, electricity, temperature, humidity, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Have certain electrical-related work experience, data centers related is a plus</p></li><li><p>Good at typing & communication, Responsible</p></li></ol><p></p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><ol><li><p>Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the data center's electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage systems, executing daily maintenance work plans, and responsible for electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage system fault diagnosis work</p></li><li><p>Responsible for data center infrastructure security management, capacity management, availability management, and cost optimization, etc., continuously optimizing and improving, and constantly improving operating efficiency</p></li><li><p>Responsible for on-site implementation and coordination of optimization and retrofit projects related to electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage systems</p></li><li><p>Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by the customer</p></li><li><p></p></li></ol><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><ol><li><p>Advanced Diploma or above, Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or related professions</p></li><li><p>Have a relatively intuitive understanding of IDC infrastructure and power environment (air conditioning, power, temperature, humidity, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Applicants with electrical engineering work experience, data center stakeholders are preferred</p></li><li><p>Good at typing and communication, sense of responsibility</p></li></ol>
