Residential complex manager (monthly salary up to $22,000)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for patrolling, changing the watch or standing guard at a post
Provide customer service (answer tenant inquiries, handle owner's simple requirements)
Monitor closed-circuit television, various building equipment, access control management, etc. Basic security and property management
Requirements:
Second 5 or above
Two or more years of relevant work experience
Good Chinese writing and simple English communication
Prioritization for immediate employment
Working hours and benefits:
7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Working six days a week
