Travel agency front desk

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for travel agency front desk reception work, including welcoming guests and handling travel product registration procedures

• Instantly reply and clearly answer customer inquiries about itineraries, fees, group arrangements, etc.

• Actively introduce and promote various travel products of the company, and assist customers in choosing suitable travel groups or self-guided tour plans

• Properly handle customer complaints and concerns, provide appropriate solutions to maintain a good service image

• Organize and process travel group-related administrative work, such as application forms, contracts, payment records and departure information, and participate in promotion activities organized by the company

Work requirements

• Secondary School Diploma or above

• Applicants with less than one year of customer service or sales-related experience may be considered, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Familiar with basic computer operations, able to use Word, Excel and email systems to handle daily affairs

• Have good communication skills and adaptability, and be able to maintain a professional attitude to serve customers during busy periods
