Air conditioning repairman

Job Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and preventive maintenance on the air conditioning system, including cleaning the filter, checking the refrigerant pressure, lubricating moving parts, and calibrating control elements.

• Diagnose and repair abnormal air conditioning systems by using professional instruments to test circuit, pipeline and compressor performance, and accurately locate the root cause of the problem.

• Coordinate on-site personnel deployment based on project progress, arrange technical support and task assignment, and provide on-the-job guidance and basic operation training to junior technicians.

• Record detailed work, replacement part details, and test data for each service, and submit a complete maintenance report to the supervisor for review and archiving.

Work requirements

• Have 1 to 3 years of practical experience in air conditioning and refrigeration system installation, maintenance and repair, familiar with household and commercial split-type, multi-split (VRV/VRF) and central air conditioning system structure and operation principle.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, and clear understanding of diagrams, technical manuals, and customer instructions.

• Have shift work adaptability, be able to meet the needs of the King Yip Factory Building project at No. 59, Kei Yip Street, Tseung Kwan O, working about 6 days per week and implementing day or night shifts according to actual arrangements.
