CybersecurityExpert（network security expert）
Responsibilities:
1.Plan,design,andbuildthecybersecurityinfrastructureforthecompany’svirtualassettradingplatform(VATP),enhancingtheoverallsecurityarchitectureanddefensecapabilities.
2.Developandimplementcybersecuritystrategies;operateandmaintainthecompany’sinformationsecurityinfrastructuretoensureeffectivelocalmanagementandsystemreliability;
3.Stayabreastofindustrycybersecuritytrendstostrengthenthecompany’sdefensemechanismsandexecutetimelyincidentresponseandriskmitigationmeasures.
4.Collaboratecloselywiththemainland-basedcybersecurityteamtoprovidetechnicalexpertiseinhandlingcybersecuritythreats,ensuringtheVATP’sstableandsecureoperation.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’sdegreeoraboveinComputerScienceorarelateddiscipline.
2.BothEnglishandMandarinasworkinglanguages;proficiencyinCantoneseisaplus.
3.ExperienceliaisingwithHongKongregulatoryauthoritiesorthird-partyauditfirmsispreferred;experienceinVATPsisanadvantage.
4.Minimumofthreeyearsofcybersecurityexperienceinthefinancialindustry;solidunderstandingofrelevantregulationsandfamiliaritywithinformationsecurityandprivacystandardssuchasISO27001,ISO27701,NIST,andGDPR;holdersofprofessionalcertificationssuchasCISSP,CISM,CISA,CEH,andCBSParehighlydesirable.
5.Strongsenseofresponsibilityandteamwork,excellentcommunicationandcoordinationskills,quicklearningandadaptability,andprovenabilitytohandleandreportcybersecurityincidentspromptly.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, designing and building the network security infrastructure of the company's virtual asset trading platform, and improving the company's overall security defense system;
Develop and implement security policies, operate and maintain the company's information security infrastructure, ensure efficient local management and stable operation of systems and facilities;
Continuously track industry network security development trends, enhance the company's security defense capabilities, organize and implement network security event response and risk mitigation work;
Closely cooperate with domestic network security teams, provide technical support, respond to network security threats, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the virtual asset trading platform.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields;
Mandarin and English can both be used as working languages, Cantonese is an added bonus;
Preference will be given to those with experience in communicating with Hong Kong regulatory agencies or third-party auditing institutions, and those with virtual asset trading platform-related experience;
With more than three years of financial industry network security-related experience, familiar with relevant policies and regulations and information security and privacy standards such as ISO27001, ISO27701, NIST, GDPR, etc.; those who hold CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CBSP, etc. related certificates are preferred;
Have a high sense of responsibility and team spirit, strong communication and coordination skills, good learning and adaptation abilities, and be able to handle and report emergency safety events in a timely manner.
