Commodity futures customer service assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for related customer service work of futures trading, and timely respond to various inquiries and needs of customers in the trading process.
• Provide comprehensive and professional support to customers, including explaining trading rules, risk warnings, and product information.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints and feedback, and actively coordinating internal resources to achieve a satisfactory solution.

Work requirements

• Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to communicate fluently with customers in Cantonese, and writing skills also need to reach professional levels.
• Understand the basic operations of the financial industry, familiar with the mechanism, trading process and related risk management knowledge of the futures market.
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, business or related fields, are given priority.
• Highly customer service-oriented, proactive in attending to customer needs, and maintaining a professional attitude and stable performance under pressure.
• Outgoing personality, good at communication and interpersonal interaction, with team spirit and able to effectively collaborate with various departments to complete tasks.
