Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Office operations management (administrative team leadership, facilities management, cost control, process optimization)

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead the administrative team to ensure efficient and orderly daily office operations, and continuously improve service quality and collaborative efficiency.

  • Comprehensive management of office facilities, including space planning, equipment maintenance, supply chain coordination and environmental safety management, to create a safe, comfortable and productive office environment.

  • Responsible for administrative budgeting and cost control, monitoring procurement, consumables, outsourcing services, etc. various expenses, achieve annual savings targets and improve resource utilization efficiency.

  • Push for administrative process standardization and digital optimization, identify bottlenecks, design simplified solutions (such as reimbursement, leave, asset application, etc. System processes), and improve overall operating efficiency.

  • Coordinate cross-departmental support needs, handle sudden administrative affairs, and serve as an important communication bridge between management and employees, implementing company policies and internal information communication.


Work requirements

  • Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to express clearly and actively coordinate, and have basic Chinese writing skills; understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus.

  • Applicants with administrative management, office operations or related field experience are preferred, but those with no experience are also welcome if they have a high sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.

  • Familiar with commonly used office software (such as the Microsoft Office suite) and basic administrative system operations; those with ERP, OA or asset management system experience are especially good.

  • Have the ability to handle multiple tasks independently, maintain attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving and judgment skills.
