Recruitment Specialist

Main responsibilities

Lead recruitment: Manage the entire process from job posting to hiring, and be familiar with using JobsDB, LinkedIn, etc. local channels to efficiently search for talent.

Ensure compliance: Review all recruitment advertisements and employment documents to ensure strict compliance with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and anti-discrimination provisions. Accurately process and explain MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) to new employees.

Optimize channels: Evaluate the effectiveness of various recruitment channels, manage recruitment budgets, and regularly analyze recruitment data.

Provide support: As an internal consultation point, answer MPF and basic labor law related questions for employees and department managers.

Job Requirements

Core knowledge: Proficient in the practical operation of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund).

Channel capability: Have successful experience in using mainstream recruitment channels in Hong Kong (such as JobsDB, CTgoodjobs, LinkedIn).

Language skills: Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Personal traits: Attention to detail, strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
