Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily coffee and various beverages, ensuring that every cup meets the quality standards and norms
Assist customers in ordering food, provide professional and friendly service, and proactively understand their needs to enhance their overall dining experience
Maintain the bar, work area and surrounding environment clean and hygienic, and strictly implement regular cleaning and disinfection procedures
Assist in completing opening and closing operations, including equipment start-up and inspection, material replenishment and environmental cleaning
Support in-store promotional activities, actively introduce current goods and promote specialty beverages to enhance sales performance

Work requirements

Have basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation, and a willingness to continue learning techniques and refining professional skills is especially desirable
Have good oral expression and communication skills, be able to collaborate with the team and adapt to diverse customer interaction situations
Work attitude is serious and positive, attention to detail management, and attach great importance to food safety, personal and environmental hygiene
Applicants with restaurant service or coffee-related work experience will be given priority
