Part-time accounting

Job Responsibilities:

Do full or partial accounts, input invoices, produce financial statements, and follow up on accounting documents

• Accurately input various types of vouchers (such as invoices, receipts, bank statement, etc.), ensure that accounting system data is updated in real time and compliant

• Monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statement preparation (including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement), supporting internal management decision-making

• Follow up and archive accounting-related documents, including tax return information, audit working papers, contract payment records, etc., to maintain a complete and traceable financial record

• Assist the financial manager to complete monthly and annual reconciliations, and co-ordinate the promotion of financial process standardization and efficiency improvement

Requirements:

• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting standards (HKFRS) and the basic requirements of the Companies Act, with basic financial analysis skills

• Proficient in mainstream accounting software (such as MYOB, QuickBooks or Kingdee), and able to flexibly use Excel for data processing and formula calculations

• Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to clearly understand financial instructions and coordinate with internal and external parties

• Careful and steady, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle repetitive but strictly accurate accounting work independently
