Job Description
<p>Main responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Supervise daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient store workflow</li><li>Motivate and lead your sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service</li><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth</li><li>Inventory Management, maintain inventory levels and manage reordering</li><li>Create window and kitchen displays to attract customers' visual attention to the store</li><li>Establish good customer relationships, handle various inquiries and problems</li><li>Work with the marketing team to conduct promotional activities and publicity</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Working 6 days a week; working hours: 11 am - 9 pm (rotating), 1 hour for lunch</li><li>Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, with preference given to jewelry or luxury accessories field experience</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Passionate about jewelry / accessories fashion trends</li><li>Able to analyze sales data and make wise decisions</li></ul>
