Team Leader (Financial Lines / Employee Benefits Focus)

Job Responsibilities:<br>1.Lead the development and execution of comprehensive market strategies to acquire new clients in Corporate Insurance, prioritizing Financial Lines and high-value Employee Benefits/Group Healthcare.<br>2.Represent the company at key industry events and forums to identify emerging opportunities, convert prospects, and build a robust professional network.<br>3.Nurture and deepen long-term, strategic relationships with both insurer partners and key corporate clients to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.<br>4.Take full ownership of the team's business objectives, driving performance to ensure the successful achievement of all key targets and KPIs.<br>5.Lead all aspects of team management, including talent acquisition, coaching, performance evaluation, and the continuous development of specialist capabilities.<br><br>Qualifications & Requirements:<br>1.Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for graduates from renowned overseas institutions; professional appearance and fluent Mandarin communication skills<br>2.A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or key account management within the Hong Kong corporate P&C insurance market. Direct experience in Financial Lines (e.g., D&O, E&O) or Employee Benefits (Corporate Group Healthcare) is highly preferred.<br>3.In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong corporate insurance landscape, coupled with a proven track record and established network of client/partner relationships in the target lines. Must demonstrate strong resource integration and business development acumen.<br>4.Holder of the relevant Hong Kong Insurance Intermediaries Licenses (Types 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and MPF).
