Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for high-quality scanning of paper documents to ensure clear, complete images that meet archiving standards

• Update internal management system data according to the process, including file number, date, category and related information, etc., to ensure data accuracy and timeliness

• Execute text processing and basic typesetting of English documents to support daily administrative work

• Organize and classify scanned electronic files, establish a structured folder system and naming convention, and improve retrieval efficiency

• Assist the team in completing daily data input, verification and archiving tasks, and achieve the daily work volume target within the specified time period

Work requirements

• Have basic computer skills, familiar with the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)

• English typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) or above, able to correctly input professional terms and numerical data

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic English reading and writing abilities, and able to understand simple work instructions and system prompts

• Careful and steady, with a sense of responsibility and time awareness,

  Working hours: 9:00 to 18:00 daily (including one hour for lunch)

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong

  Contract period: six to twelve months

  Monthly salary: $13-$17K (manpower depends on work experience and interview performance)
