Position name: Project Manager / Senior Project Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan new information technology project management, including Kick off meeting, UX design, document writing, resource planning and budget control

• Develop a detailed and feasible project plan, covering a timeline, key milestones, human and technical resource allocation, risk identification and response strategies

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (including development, design, testing and business units), drive project execution in a orderly manner and ensure delivery quality and timeliness

• Continuously monitor project progress, cost and quality performance, and regularly report to senior management and stakeholders on phase results, potential obstacles and optimization suggestions

• Optimize internal project management processes and tool application, improve overall delivery efficiency and team collaboration effectiveness

• Support recruitment work, participate in talent screening and evaluation; have practical experience in remotely managing overseas team members

• Actively apply AI tools to assist project analysis, document generation, progress prediction and decision support, and promote intelligent project operation

Work requirements

• Have 1 to 3 years of actual project management experience, familiar with mainstream methods such as Agile, Scrum or Traditional Waterfall, and familiar with Microsoft Project, Excel and UX tools

• Have excellent bilingual skills in Chinese and English (Cantonese, Mandarin and English fluent, writing and speaking at a professional communication level)

• Have sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, be able to quickly clarify complex situations and propose feasible solutions

• Proficient in cross-departmental coordination and stakeholder communication, with good influence and team leadership potential

• Able to withstand the tight schedule and goal-oriented work pressure, maintaining a proactive and responsible work attitude

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local employment qualifications; if necessary, you must cooperate with short-term overseas work arrangements
