HR Assistant Manager / Senior Officer (Staff Benefits & Activities )

[ Large Corporation – HR Staff Benefits & Activities Assistant Manager / Senior Officer

Location: Kwun Tong District
Salary: HK$35,000 – $45,000 × 12 months

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute large-scale corporate events (e.g. award ceremonies, dragon boat races, basketball/football tournaments)

• Manage staff benefits programs including medical insurance and welfare schemes

• Supervise a team and oversee employee engagement initiatives

• Represent the company in organizing and participating in volunteer activities

• Handle all staff medical insurance and related administrative tasks

Work Arrangements:

• Occasional work on public holidays or weekends with time-off in lieu provided

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder

• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience (focus on benefits, events, and employee engagement)

• Proven supervisory experience
