Working hours: Five days a week
Monday to Friday: 10AM-7PM / 12PM-9PM Shift work
Saturday: 10AM-7PM / 11PM-8PM Shift work
Daily/Public holidays: 10AM-7PM
Responsibilities:
Mainly responsible for answering customer inquiries and scheduling their first treatment (through various platforms, WhatsApp or phone)
Entry Requirements:
• Customer service/Tele-Sales experience is preferred
• Understand general computer operations, must be familiar with Chinese input method
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, understand Mandarin and English
• Have good service attitude and communication skills
• Active and patient, attentive and polite, and customer-focused
