<ul><li><p><strong><u>Hang Seng Bank</u></strong></p></li></ul><p></p><p>Job Description:</p><p>We are currently seeking a high-quality professional to join our team as a customer relationship manager.</p><p>Main responsibilities include providing financial planning services to high net worth clients, providing personalized services to this group of clients in order to establish and maintain good relationships, manage operational risks and comply with relevant policies/criteria and compliance requirements.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p></p><p>Insurance Broker Qualification Examination / Hong Kong Securities Professional Association Practicing Qualification Examination Qualified Results</p><p></p><p>At least 5 years of sales investment, insurance and bank products experience</p><p>Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>Have strong self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure</p><p>Proficient in Chinese and English, able to understand Mandarin is preferred</p><p>Highly customer-centric thinking and effective management of complex interactions</p><p></p><p></p>
