Job Description

Recruitment Manager
Job Responsibilities

Full responsibility for planning and executing the company's talent recruitment strategy;
Job search, screening, interview and evaluation process to ensure recruitment quality and on-time employment.
Optimize the recruitment pipeline combination, including but not limited to local recruitment platforms, professional communities, campus collaborations, etc., and continuously improve candidate source diversity and matching degree.
Establish and maintain a talent pool, regularly update the information of potential candidates in key areas, and promote proactive talent management and long-term relationship management.

Work requirements

Applicants with a human resources outsourcing agency Rpo employment history are preferred.
Familiar with Hong Kong labor laws, employment market trends, and mainstream industry talent ecology, and able to flexibly respond to the recruitment characteristics of different functional categories.
Familiar with sales, on-the-ground expansion, and cooperative teacher recruitment
