We are entering a new stage of international growth and expanding our lifestyle product portfolio across gifts, home accessories, stationery, character merchandise and other hardline categories.
We work as a small, experienced and highly efficient team. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Merchandiser – Hardlines who can turn creative ideas into well-made, commercially viable products and manage them from development through production and replenishment.
What You’ll Do
Source suitable factories, suppliers, materials and components
Manage new products from quotation and sampling through final approval
Turn approved designs into clear specifications and factory instructions
Prepare costings and negotiate pricing, MOQs and lead times
Place and follow up purchase orders and production schedules
Monitor product quality, testing, packaging and delivery
Work closely with the design, operations and warehouse teams
Track inventory, sales movement, incoming stock and outstanding orders
Identify stockout and overstock risks
Recommend replenishment quantities and timing
Maintain accurate product, order and inventory records
Support order fulfillment during peak periods when required
What We’re Looking For
At least 8 years of experience in hardline merchandising, sourcing or product development
Experience in lifestyle products, gifts, character merchandise, home accessories, stationery, packaging or related categories
Strong sourcing capabilities and a reliable factory and supplier network, preferably in Mainland China
Solid knowledge of costing, materials, manufacturing processes, MOQs and production lead times
Hands-on experience managing sampling, production orders and inventory replenishment
Strong numerical, analytical and Excel skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects independently
Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin, with working proficiency in English
Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving and hands-on environment
Experience in licensed products, character IP, tooling, molds, product testing or ecommerce launches will be an advantage.
