Trading Systems Implementation & Support (OMS/EMS/PMS/RMS)

Responsibilities:

· Lead and support the implementation, upgrade, and rollout of institutional trading systems including OMS, EMS, PMS, and RMS

· Coordinate across Front Office, Risk, Operations, and external vendors to deliver system projects and ensure successful deployment

· Translate trading workflows (agency, principal, risk, riskless) into system logic and configurations across the full order lifecycle

· Ensure consistency and alignment across OMS, EMS, PMS, and RMS in areas such as order routing, handling instruction logic, trade allocation, and booking

· Manage and support PMS to ensure accurate real-time position tracking across client, house, and strategy accounts

· Implement and maintain RMS controls including pre-trade risk checks, exposure limits, and post-trade validations

· Identify and resolve system logic gaps and inconsistencies that may lead to routing errors, risk breaches, or position mismatches

· Design, implement, and maintain FIX connectivity with clients, brokers, and trading venues across multiple trading channels (DMA, algo, SOR)

· Provide day-to-day production support and troubleshoot issues related to order routing, execution, connectivity, and system behavior

· Conduct root cause analysis of trading incidents and implement long-term solutions to improve system stability

· Design and execute UAT testing scenarios based on real trading use cases and ensure system changes meet business requirements

· Maintain documentation on trading workflows, system configurations, and operational procedures, and drive continuous process improvement

Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience in trading systems implementation, support, or development within a broker, investment bank, or asset manager

· Strong understanding of institutional trading workflows, order lifecycle, and execution logic across equities and/or derivatives

· Hands-on experience with OMS and EMS systems such as Broadridge, and solid understanding of PMS and RMS integration and trading risk controls such as TS Imagine

· Familiarity with risk vs riskless trading models, inventory management, and trade allocation logic

· Strong experience with FIX Protocol and integration with trading platforms such as Bloomberg EMSX, Eze Eclipse, Nyfix, or TORA

· Understanding of trading connectivity and market structure across major markets including HKex and CME

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex system and trading logic issues under pressure

· Proven ability to work closely with traders and business users and translate requirements into practical system solutions

· Strong ownership, communication, and project coordination skills in a fast-paced trading environment

· Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
