Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the decomposition of store goals, follow-up the achievement of sales target;

  • Responsible for breaking down store targets, following up on sales targets, and achieving them;

2. Responsible for the recruitment and training of store staff, help the new staff to solve daily difficult problems;

  • Responsible for recruiting and training store employees, and assisting new employees in solving daily problems;

3. Check the attendance and monthly performance appraisal of the store staff;

  • Check the attendance and monthly performance evaluation of store employees;

4. Responsible for the interdepartmental communication with display, merchandise, engineering and other departments, and give rationalization suggestions and improvement suggestions to the store;

5. Organize the monthly inventory of the store or the company's quarterly inventory to ensure that the accounts and inventory data are truly consistent;

Requirement:
