Gold coin store - Hong Kong branch store manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation and management of the Hong Kong store, ensuring efficient and orderly store operations

• Maintain high-value customer relationships, operate member groups, and enhance customer loyalty and repurchase rates

• Organize and participate in coin exhibitions, brand promotion activities and customer meetups to expand brand influence

Work requirements

1. Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese, with good English communication skills, able to serve diverse background customers

2. More than 3 years of sales or store operations experience, those with retail management experience are preferred

3. Interested in gold and silver investment products or collectible goods, and willing to deepen your knowledge of numismatics

4. Have a high sense of responsibility and proactive attitude, and be able to take on the management of a store after training

Benefits

• Monthly salary of HKD 25,000 - 35,000, including base salary, sales commission, and year-end bonuses
