Fund Operation Manager

Job Duties

· Lead the design, structuring, and launch of new investment products in compliance with SFC regulations and Hong Kong financial market standards.

· Optimize operational workflows for existing products, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

· Be responsible for P&L monitoring, risk management, and performance attribution of portfolio holding.

· Act as the primary liaison between front office (sales, investment), back office (settlement, accounting, compliance), and external partners (custodians, administrators, regulators).

· Other work necessary to ensure the investment product operating smoothly and company strategy implemented.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree or professional certifications (CFA, FRM, CPA) is a plus.

· 2-4 years of relevant experience in middle office, product management, or operations within an asset management firmin Hong Kong.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Fluency in English (written) and mandarin（spoken），proficiency in Cantoneseis a plus.
