Receptionist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional image, meticulous in his dealings and excellent communication skills. In addition to front desk reception, you will also need to represent the company to the government agencies to handle various administrative procedures and document exchanges.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for front desk reception work, including welcoming visitors, handling phone inquiries and transfers

• Need field work: Regularly submit application documents to various government agencies, process applications and follow up related procedures

• Responsible for the daily organization, classification, and archiving of various government and commercial documents

• Handle daily receipt and delivery of mail, express delivery and office administrative affairs

• Manage meeting room reservations and ensure the reception area is clean and professional

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma (DSE) or above

• Have good communication skills, must be fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (writing and speaking)

• Handle matters maturely, carefully, and punctually, and be able to represent the company independently to government departments

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese typing
