Contract Level I Water Sports Facility Operations Specialist

Contract period: April – 15 October 2026

• Successful employment will receive water safety/rescue training and on-the-job training to become a qualified member of the water facility operations team

(Working 8-10 hours a day, averaging 44 hours a week)

Work requirements

• Must hold a valid pool lifeguard certificate issued by the Hong Kong Lifesaving Association

• Second 5 or above

• Must pass the color blindness test

• Applicants with experience in operating water-based recreational facilities will be given priority

• High sensitivity to safety and service-related matters

• Responsibility, proactive personality, and enjoyment of social interaction are all important qualities to have.

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, simple English, and Mandarin

• Able to adapt to outdoor and shift work (including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
