Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Based on the learning characteristics of 8-year-old and 10-year-old students, develop a personalized and systematic Mandarin learning plan.
Focus on Mandarin pronunciation correction, help students master standard pronunciation, intonation and rhythm, and improve oral expression skills.
Design homework and classroom activities using gamification teaching methods to increase learning fun and student engagement.
Monthly learning effectiveness evaluation, detailed feedback to parents, regular communication on learning progress and adjustment direction.

Work requirements

Have teaching experience in Mandarin, familiar with children's psychology and learning development stages, those who teach students in the primary school age group are preferred.
Standard Mandarin, holding relevant language ability certificates (such as Level 2 or above on the Mandarin Proficiency Test)
Proficient in designing interactive and gamified course content, able to stimulate children's learning interest and maintain classroom momentum.
Have good communication skills, and be able to maintain positive and clear regular contact with parents.
Strong sense of responsibility, emphasizing teaching quality
