Job Description

Position: Assistant Property Officer

Benefits: 5 days work (rotating), bank holiday, 14 days annual leave, medical benefits, discretionary bonuses

Working hours: 9 hours and 15 minutes per day

7:00 am to 4:15 pm /

10:30 am to 7:45 pm /

1:15 pm to 10:30 pm

Salary: $16,000.00 to $17,500.00 (monthly) (depending on experience)

Working area: Serviced apartment in Hong Kong, near Hong Kong/Kowloon/MTR

Job Responsibilities: Provide general customer inquiry services, assist residents in making reservations and arranging maintenance services

Qualifications: Secondary School Diploma Test graduation, with computer operation knowledge (MS Office / Chinese and English input)

Work experience: 1 year of experience
