Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily customer reception and consultation services at the store, providing professional, friendly and efficient customer experiences, including guiding customers to their seats, answering questions, handling simple complaints and feedback suggestions.
• Execute various administrative and clerical operations, such as order processing, sales data entry, inventory report consolidation, invoice issuance, and file archiving, to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with the supervisor to plan and execute small-scale business expansion activities, such as member recruitment, cross-industry cooperation trial, community flash promotion, etc., to help boost store performance and market visibility.
• Participate in promotional and marketing execution work, including social media platform basic post updates (such as Facebook/Instagram), poster design collaboration, promotional material display, and on-site event support, etc., to strengthen the brand's local image.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store environment and display standards, regularly inspect product displays, price tags, and equipment operation status, and proactively reflect operational improvement suggestions.

Work requirements

• High school diploma or above, with basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email), good English communication and video editing skills
• Clear speech and positive attitude, good communication skills and emotional management ability, able to calmly and steadily meet diverse customer needs during peak hours.
• Careful and responsible, able to independently complete document processing and data verification, and attach importance to the correctness and timeliness of work processes.
• With basic marketing concepts and learning enthusiasm, willing to participate in activity planning and execution, and demonstrating proactive and team spirit.
