What to expect for the role:
Empower clients by tackling their business challenges through insightful consumer research. You'll manage projects from inception to completion, deeply understanding clients' needs, crafting compelling proposals, designing customized methodologies, moderating discussions, and delivering strategic debriefs. We are looking for someone who is:
Passionate about integrating technology into research and consulting, constantly exploring new methodologies and tools.
Approaches challenges proactively with a growth mindset.
Skilled at creating engaging presentations and translating complex insights into clear, actionable strategies.
The person we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
2+ years of experience in qualitative AND quantitative consumer insight, consulting, or strategic planning. Strong focus in qualitative research preferred.
Enjoys building long-term client relationships and managing key projects.
Strong analytical skills to convert insights into strategic recommendations.
Passion for the automotive, finance, and tech sectors.
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese a must.
