Job Description

Handle full set shipping independently (I/E, L/C, TRADELINK) banking documents

Manage day-to-day Shipment Operations

Coordinate with different parties for shipment arrangement, e.g. forwarders, shipping lines, etc

Data entry related to shipments and preparing instructions for shipping documents. Monitor the shipment status and report to the Officer for progress update

Provide clerical support as assigned

Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines

Familiar with import & export documents/procedure

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage

Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing Immediate availability is highly preferred
