Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the company'sdesktop systems, including computer configuration and software installation.
· Ensure the normal operation of office equipment, such as video conferencing systems, printers, attendance systems, projectors, and monitoring equipment.
· Responsible for IT office construction and maintenance, with knowledge of basic principles of office electrical systems (strong and weak currents).
· Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment assets.
· Participate in server management and maintenance, as well as the development of
IT operations automation systems.
Job Requirements:
· Proficient in networking systems, including TCP/IP, routing and switching, load balancing, firewalls, and wireless networking, with the ability to analyze and resolve common network issues.
· Skilled in the installation and configuration of Windows/Linux/Mac operating systems, capable of addressing common system problems.
· Familiar with troubleshooting methods for hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and projectors, with basic hardware and software diagnostic skills.
· Knowledge of DNS, AD, FTP, and LDAP configuration and management, with an understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware and KVM.
· Experience in managing Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as office computer maintenance, including reinstallation of operating systems.
· Familiarity with IT office environment construction and electrical wiring (both strong and weak currents) is a plus.
· Experience with IDC (Internet Data Center) operations and maintenance, including server rack installation, hard drive installation, and operating system deployment, is an advantage
