Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the company's overall accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and tax reporting.
- Support various daily operations of the store through accounting affairs, ensuring that the store's financial data is correct and reflected in real time.
- Execute monthly, quarterly and annual closing operations, and perform financial analysis to provide management with decision-making references.
- Handle company secretary-related affairs, including company registration, change, annual report submission, and board of directors meeting minutes, etc. legal procedures.
- Conduct internal and external audit operations in collaboration with the audit unit and comply with the various financial audit requirements of the supervisory authority.
Work requirements
- Have a university degree in accounting or finance, and a certified accountant's license is preferred.
- At least 3 years of full-time accounting practical experience, familiar with commercial accounting processing and financial statement compilation procedures.
- Familiar with Hong Kong company law and company secretary operating procedures, with practical experience in handling company registration and compliance matters.
- Proficient in using accounting software (such as QuickBooks, SAP or Yonex), and MS Office office software, especially Excel advanced functions.
- Have good communication skills and team spirit, be able to support multiple departments' financial needs and withstand work pressure.
