Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Perform self-inspection and water tightness test on the completed waterproof layer, record the test results and cooperate with the third-party inspection unit to complete the acceptance procedures;
Regularly maintain construction machinery and materials storage environment, comply with construction site safety rules and environmental protection guidelines, implement personal protective equipment wearing and site cleaning management.

Work requirements

Have at least 2 years of on-site waterproofing engineering construction experience, familiar with common waterproofing systems (such as polyurethane membrane, cement-based permeation crystallization, SBS/APP modified asphalt roll material, PVC/TPO, etc.) Construction process and technical highlights;
Holding a valid Hong Kong construction worker registration certificate (CIC Registered Worker) or relevant trade accreditation qualifications (such as a "waterproofing engineering" specialized skills certificate), those with safety and health (COSHH, Working at Height, Confined Space) training records are given priority;
Able to independently read simple English and Chinese construction drawings and material technical instructions, with basic measurement, layout, and use of level, scraper, spray gun, heat gun, etc. tools;
Responsibility and team spirit, adapting to outdoor and indoor changing construction environment, and able to participate in shift work or overtime according to engineering progress needs;

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for waterproofing construction of building roofs, basements, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, etc., covering full process operations such as base treatment, waterproof coating or waterproof membrane laying, joint sealing and detailed node reinforcement treatment;
Based on construction drawings, technical specifications and on-site actual conditions, carry out waterproof engineering layout and process planning, ensure construction accuracy and quality meet the design requirements and Hong Kong's Building Ordinance, Housing Department technical guidance and other relevant standards;

Work requirements

Have at least 2 years of on-site construction experience in Hong Kong's local waterproofing industry, familiar with the construction process and technical highlights of common waterproofing systems, including polyurethane membrane, cement-based permeable crystalline waterproofing material, SBS/APP modified asphalt waterproofing roll, PVC/TPO high molecular waterproofing roll, etc.;
Holding a valid Hong Kong construction worker registration certificate (CIC Registered Worker), or a recognized "waterproofing engineering" specialized skills certificate; those with occupational safety and health (OSH) related training records (such as COSHH, high-altitude work, and confined space operations) are given priority;
Able to independently read Chinese and English bilingual construction drawings, material technical specifications and on-site signs, with basic measurement, layout and elevation control abilities, familiar with the operation of commonly used waterproof construction tools;
High sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to adapt to various construction environments such as outdoor sun, indoor humidity, high altitude and narrow space, and participate in shift work, overtime or emergency repair tasks according to engineering needs;
