Customer Services Officer (Internet Brokerage)

<p><strong>JobResponsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p>To handle account opening and ensure the account opening documents follow internal policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>To follow up with clients on outstanding account opening documentations</p></li><li><p>Resolve client enquiries over the telephone, email, or face-to-face with professional manner</p></li><li><p>To establish and maintain good relationship with customers</p></li><li><p>To perform ad hoc projects as required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>JobRequirements:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above, preferable in business or related disciplines</p></li><li><p>1 to 2 years related working experience</p></li><li><p>Passed HKSI LE paper 1, 7, 8 or Licensed with SFC type 1 regulated activities preferred</p></li><li><p>Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)</p></li><li><p>Good Interpersonal and customer services skill</p></li><li><p>Fresh graduates passed with HKSI paper 1, 7, 8 will also be considered</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Working Hours:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p>5-day work week</p></li><li><p>need to work on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday (with shift allowance)</p></li><li><p>9am to 6pm</p></li></ul><p></p><p>We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
