Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily sales of luxury goods, providing professional product introduction and shopping advice to customers, and improving their purchasing intention and satisfaction.
- Proactively greet customers as they enter the store, understand their needs and recommend suitable products, facilitate high-value transactions, and achieve personal and team sales targets.
- Keep the display area clean and beautiful, follow the brand standard for product display and presentation, and create a high-end shopping environment.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries, after-sales service and exchange/return issues, and maintain brand image and long-term customer relationships.
Work requirements
- Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to face high-end customer groups with politeness and professionalism.
- Have a basic understanding of the fashion industry and luxury brands, and be willing to continue learning about product knowledge and market dynamics.
- Have basic sales skills and stress resistance, and be able to stabilize your performance and pursue sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Secondary school graduation or above, fluent Cantonese as the basic requirement, those who understand Mandarin and English are more competitive.
- Applicants with retail or luxury sales experience will be given priority, those with no experience are also welcome to apply, the company provides on-the-job training.
